Overseas Distributor Proposal Details

3. Bottom prices and special offers: Our bottom price list attached will be offered for euccoi brand purchasing & distributing if the minimum purchasing requirement per month is met. All euccoi packing material will be offered free of charge, since this will not be calculated in our production cost, but will be regarded as our marketing matrial.
4. Rebate: If the total purchasing amount per year meet the target purchasing amount, we can offer 0.5% rebate after one year from the date on which agreement is signed. If the total purchasing amount per year exceeds 100% of the target purchasing amount, we can offer 1% rebate after one year from the date on which
agreement is signed.
5. Payment terms: Usance L/C will be considerable only for full container order brand distributors.
6. Advertising support: We can offer free marketing material (such as brochure, posters, show room setting material, samples etc). We can also share some of the advertising cost in the condition that the advertising cost will be invoiced directly to euccoi.
7. Big exposure of our sole distributor through euccoi's website, exhibitions, and other promotion network
8. euccoi's transfer of inquiries of the products from the territory.
9. euccoi's transfer of all potential customers of the products in the territory.
10. Commissions on special direct sales of the products if distributor act as euccoi’s warehouse to deliver orders.
11. Training from euccoi: access to our technical pool center; free training in the factory
12. Technical aspect of the after-sales servicing provided by euccoi: We can answer directly to users, and this will save a lot of your energy and time.
13. Warehousing back up by euccoi: We can prepare finished products or semi-finished products according to your sales& order plan, so the lead time for order delivering will be shortened. And this also makes sure that you can always get enough goods for selling even in peak seasons.
14. Good warranties from the manufacturer: 12 months warranty from the date of delivery. (For normal customers, we only offer 3 months warranty)
15. Flexible policy of defective products handling: For small quantity of defective cartridges, please kindly send us report and some proof of quality problem, such as photo, and scanned print sheets, etc. And we will send you replacement cartirdge of same model and quantity alongwith next shipment.If batch problem happens,
firstly we need several pcs samples to be sent back to us, once we test the samples and confirm the batch problem, we will arrange shipping back the defective cartridges, and replace them with next shipment.
(For normal customers, we replace products only after they send them back.)
